1. Before starting the machine, check whether the steering of the motor coincides with the specified direction (consistent with the pump rotation).

2. If the indoor temperature is lower than 10℃, the oil pump should be airlifted by air for 5 minutes before operation.

3. During the operation, if the oil temperature reaches 55℃ or higher, the additive of the oil would produce a chemical dissolution, thus would cause a failure of the valve or pump. Working at high temperatures will greatly reduce the life of the sealing ring and cause leakage. Therefore, when the temperature indication reaches or exceeds 55℃, the operator shall be shut down for 5 minutes or longer time, until the oil temperature drops to the specified oil temperature, and then start the operation again.

4. In order to ensure the absolute cleaning of the sliding parts of each device, since the sliding part is subjected to a large frictional force, good lubrication should be ensured, so that the sliding surface can be smoothly operated in the up-down or forward-backward movement.

5. The screw of the fixing device would be loose with too much pressure, so the operator shall check regularly (Recommended: the inspection cycle is one month) and tighten it.
