Operation

1. Power-on

(1) Close the air switch on the side of the electrical cabinet.

(2) Turn the "Control Power" key switch to the position of "I", and control the power supply. On this occasion, the "Power on Power" indicator on the main panel is on.

(3) Press the “Oil Pump Start” button to start the motor. (When the power supply is first turned on, attention should be paid to the motor steering. If the direction is wrong, please exchange the two phases of the three-phase power supply, the motor will reverse rotation).

2. Punching unit operation

(1) Press the “Punching Work” button on the main operation panel, and the "Punching Work" indicator on the main panel is on.

(2) Step on the foot switch of punching unit or press the corresponding button, the punch will descend until the lower limit switch is touched, and the punch then returns to the upper limit switch. If the pedal switch or corresponding button is released during the punch down process, the punching will be stopped. Repress the foot switch or corresponding button, the punch would continue to descend. If the "Up" button is pressed on the punching unit panel, the punch would rise to the upper limit switch and stop.

3. Shearing unit operation

(1) Press the "Shear Work" button on the main panel, and the "Shear Work" indicator on the main panel is on.

(2) Step on the foot switch of the shearing unit or press the corresponding button, the slider will descend until the lower limit switch is touched and return to the upper limit switch. If the pedal switch or the corresponding button is released during the slide down process, the slider will stop. Repress the foot switch or the corresponding button, the slider will continue to descend. If the “UP” button on the shear cell panel is pressed, the slider will rise to the upper limit switch and then stop.

4. Bending unit operation

(1) Press the "Bending Work" button on the main operation panel, and the "Bending Work" indicator on the main panel is on.

(2) Step on the foot switch of the bending unit or press the corresponding button, the slider will move forward until the front limit switch is touched and return to the rear limit switch. If the pedal switch or the corresponding button is released during the movement of the slider, the slider will stop. Press the foot switch or the corresponding button, the slider continues to forward. If the "Rearward" button on the bent unit panel is pressed, the slider will return to the rear limit switch and then stop.

Maintenance and precautions

The electrical cabinet should be periodically cleared the dust and keep it clean and air jet or erasing can be used for cleaning. Pay attention to and guarantee the fixing of each connecting piece, screw lock, check whether the connection terminals between the components are locked, so as to prevent poor contact and generate malfunction or malfunction. Make sure the cable is bent so as to prevent the wire from breaking.
