The structure and working principle of the machine

The machine is composed of a machine frame, a punching unit, a shearing unit, a bending unit, a hydraulic station, an electric system and a mould.

The frame is welded by square steel tubes with sufficient strength and rigidity. The punching, shearing, folding and electric appliances are arranged on the machine frame, and the hydraulic power station is arranged inside the frame.

The working principle of the machine is as follows：

Motor (to pump power) – pump (generating high pressure hydraulic power) – Electromagnetic + relief valve (control) Remote pressure regulating valve (regulating the two pressure) – electromagnetic valve (the pressure oil to each oil cylinder) – cylinder (oil cylinder action, to achieve punching, shearing, folding processing).

The motor rotates to transmit power to the oil pump, and the oil pump generates high pressure oil. High pressure hydraulic oil through the one-way valve to the electromagnetic relief valve. When the hydraulic oil tank (through relief valve). Electromagnetic flow valve is closed, the first level force, remote pressure regulating valve reduces the partial pressure of hydraulic oil, then oil is transported to the solenoid valve, electromagnetic valve control the direction of hydraulic oil, oil cylinder to achieve or before and after exercise .
