Check if the motor is overloaded and adjust the load to the normal state.

3. Even if the power supply has electricity and the motor can go on a normal operation, the machine is not activated, and a large noise is emitted

Check the motor steering, and if coupling is released, relay, etc.

4. Electric maneuver is normal, but the whole operation is not performed.

Check the limit switches, relay and electromagnetic spill valve

5. One unit does not work, but the load has been applied to the solenoid valve

Check the limit switches and solenoid valve.

6. The upper / lower operation of the machine goes out of action and the pressure can only be added to one direction.

7. The machine can't work properly

Check the relief valve or replace the relay with poor contact.

8. The machine can downward soon but cannot upward

Contact solenoid valve, repair or replace faulty cylinder.

9. Stop work after the machine is raised or lowered

Check the limit switches.

10. The machine cannot stop when the machine is raised or lowered (hydraulic pressure)

Check the limit switches.

11. If the machine has no pressure or pressure cannot rise, check whether the solenoid valve associated with the relief valve is working properly or not, check whether the valve core of the manual valve is stuck, check whether the valve core of the spill valve is stuck, and remove it for cleaning if necessary.
