The Purpose and Characteristics of busbar machine

The machine mainly deals with all kinds of copper and aluminum bus bars, so long as the user is on the corresponding processing unit, it can be used for punching, cutting and bending of the bus bars. With high production efficiency, it is the ideal equipment for high and low voltage electrical equipment manufacturing industry.

The machine has the following main characteristics:
1. The machine is equipped with three processing units, such as punching, shearing and folding, which can be used for punching, cutting and bending of the bus bars, respectively. Using the present machine can significantly improve the production efficiency than using conventional bus bar processing equipment, while also significantly improve the convenience of use.
2. The working stroke of each processing unit can be adjusted conveniently (within the range of travel), thereby it can reduce the processing time and improve the production efficiency.
3. Various uses of processing functions can be achieved by replacing the mold, such as vertical bending, embossing and anti-pressure equality and so on.
4. The machine is equipped with a manual button and a foot switch. The operation is simple, easy and flexible to use, and the general skilled worker can easily use the operation.
5. The Structure and Working Principles of the Machine

The machine is consisted of frame, punching unit, shearing unit, bending unit, hydraulic station, electrical system and mould etc.
The frame is welded by square steel pipe and has sufficient strength and rigidity. Punching, shearing, folding and electric appliances are installed on the frame, and the hydraulic station is placed inside the frame. The working principles of the machine are as follows:
Motor (giving power to pump) → pump (producing high-pressure hydraulic power) → relief valve (controlling pressure) → electromagnetic directional valve (transferring pressure oil to each cylinder) → cylinder (operation of oil cylinder, punching, shearing, and folding).
The motor turns and give power to the oil pump, and high-pressure oil would be generated by the oil pump. The high-pressure hydraulic oil would be returned directly to the tank when the electromagnetic reversing valve is not in operation. When the solenoid valve is operating, the pressure oil supplied by the oil pump is inputted to the different working chamber of the oil cylinder through the reversing valve, so that the oil cylinder is reciprocated.
