Before operation

1. Before operation, make a safe working environment around the machine.

2. Do not wear a scarf or coat to operate the machine so as not to endanger personal safety.

3. Work with the right method in order to stop and get out of danger as soon as a fault occurs.

4. Power requirements: three-phase four-wire 380V ± l0% + PE.

5. If the ambient temperature is lower than 10 degrees Celsius, the air shall be turned on for 5 minutes, before operation.

6. Before operation, you must read the instruction manual carefully and thoroughly understand the structure performance and operating methods of the machine.

In operation

1. Installing, commissioning (for die, adjusting blade clearance) or removing the mould must be carried out by the person who is familiar with the machine, operations should be in accordance with the prescribed procedure.

2. Do not put a part of your hand or body between the upper and lower dies (blades) and between the bending dies when working on the machine, to avoid accidents.

3. Do not put all the sundries and tools on the workbench, so as not to roll into the mold or knife edge to cause damage and accidents of the equipment.

4. Due to the multi-person operation of the machine, special personnel must be assigned to command the production.

5. Make sure to select the clearance between shear blade and die and the radius of the bend fillet according to the thickness of copper row (or aluminum row).

6. Make sure to stop when replacing the mold so as not to be dangerous.

7. In operation, caution must be taken when the slider is descending so as not to cause an accident.

8. The sharpness of the cutting edge of the blade and die should be checked regularly, if the cutting edge is dull, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

9. Keep the oil clean and the oil path unblocked, every shift should refuel to the unit moving parts.

10. Electrical and hydraulic components are the basis for ensuring the normal operation of the equipment. If abnormal phenomena are found, stop inspection immediately and discharge potential hazards.

After operation

After the operation, it must be safely shut down according to the following sequence:

(1) Turn off the work buttons of each unit.

(2) Turn off the power switch on the operation panel.

(3) Turn off air switch of the main circuit.

(4) Turn off power switch of the workshop.

Attachment: The operator shall operate in accordance with this specification, and all consequences arising from the improper operation of this description shall be irrelevant to our company.
