1. Before the punching process, the movement part of the machine must be refueled.
2. The flatness of the processing material shall be maintained during the punching process. See Figure 7-1.
3. The punching device can be directly subjected to a large force, but when subjected to a partial load, the mold will fail. (Prohibition: Punching elliptical holes with a circular die, in order to avoid personal injury and damage to the mould)
4. Note: Material defects can also cause damage to the mould.
5. When the machine body rises after the punching process, the material to be processed should be kept in good balance.
6. During the punching process, select a suitable mold, and carefully check whether the mold is matched when replacing the mold.
7. The punching process must be carried out on the workbench.
Die-changing method:
1. Before changing the mold, the mold to be replaced should be transferred to the outside to facilitate replacement of the mould.
2. Take out the upper mold assembly and find the positive bearing for the required upper mold.
3. Remove the lower mold, replace the lower mold which matches with the upper mold, and turn the replacement mold bit to the punching bit.
4. Make sure to use the “Button Switch” or the “Foot Switch”, "Up" and “Down" on the screen to check the upper and lower molds.
