We developed an automatic turning line for busbar production to make housing assembly easier and more efficient. The busbar processing line we offered this client helps operators turn and position the sections more easily during assembly, which improves workflow and supports stable product quality.

For this project, the customer needed a more practical way to prepare polyester film for compact busbar insulation. We supplied a polyester film forming machine that shapes the cut film before wrapping, helping the material fit the busbar more closely and reducing gaps that may affect insulation performance.

High-voltage and insulation testing is an important part of busbar production. For this project, an automatic testing line was used to make the testing process safer and more stable. Test results can be saved, and the report format can be adjusted based on different requirements.

For this project, the client needed a packaging solution that could better protect busbar products during transportation. We designed an automatic packaging machine that helps keep the products away from dust and moisture, while supporting a more stable wrapping process with lower noise and less maintenance.
